To prepare for this retreat, participate somewhere private and undisturbed, where you can be completely present with what we are doing together.

1. Wear clothes you can move (and a supportive bra if you desire).
***If you run cold or hot: wear layers.  
2. Bring a water bottle or herbal tea and hydrate, as needed.
3. Bring a candle, we will light it together at the beginning of class.
4.  Land Acknowledgment: If you don't know the Indigenous People whose land you are on, please research it here with this easy starting tool. You can learn more about why this is important here and here.  We are gathering from around the globe.
5. Ensure you are in a quiet and comfortable spot and if you need earbuds, please do. Give yourself permission to be as comfortable as possible.
6. Bring tissues or a handkerchief. Our retreat will get real: tears are welcomed.
7. Bring your journal and a pen.
8. Don't eat a heavy meal at least 1.5 hours before. You don't want your system to be focused on digestion of food during our time together.
