The Back Story to My 300 Live Video Series
I started this video series of generously sharing teachings, tools, resources, and insights on social media with a series. The intention of these lives was to create accessibility to my work during a time of transitioning my business from a mostly psychotherapy private practice with some coaching clients for 20 years to leadership and life coaching business.
Why Share the Day 74 Video First?
When I sat with how to share this series on my blog, I knew that it wasn’t going to be the first day of the video series. I wanted to share a video that has meaning for people who’ve watched and those that haven’t seen any of the series. (Many clients who see me can’t have social media accounts for privacy reasons or their notoriety.) Video 74 holds a special place for me and one of our community members, who have watched every video in the series.
This woman says that she frequently returns to this video when she is having a hard time. I’m sharing it with you in honor of her and the transformational path for her, her ancestors, and the legacy that she is creating.

The Teachers that Found Me in 2011 on My Transformational Path
Sharing my intersectional teachers Thich Nhat Hanh, Brené Brown, and Tosha Silver that found me in 2011. These humans radically allowed me to awaken to my confusion around perfectionism, shame, and unworthiness. Learning how to feel worthy was just the beginning of my transformational path.
They opened my life and each step to my sacred calling and offerings. I began to radically walk my own talk.
