Giftedness, Being the Second Choice, and Brutal Endings

“No more lessons, please. I have a PhD in lessons at this point in my life.”

After trying everything from therapy to readings, AJ found a person and a process that will help her navigate her unique set of challenges.

She found me, Amy, through a mutual connection and reached out for support amending her life agreement.

After checking for all possibilities of what can be at the root, I work with AJ in real time to identify and reconcile an ancient life agreement.

We discuss how this work is different from therapy or astrology, what happens when life agreements are amended, and an integration process based in adventure, sound, and friendship.

You’ll especially want to tune into this client session if you, too:

» have experienced brutal endings with jobs & relationships

» come from a family or lineage of witches

» have a lot of moving pieces right now

» will stand up, fight, and call out BS

» are always the second choice

The unedited podcast transcript for this episode of The Soulful Visionary Podcast follows

Amy Babish: Welcome to the Soulful Visionary Podcast. I'm your host, Amy Babish, and today we have a delightful guest, A.J. welcome in, A.J. A.J.: hi, Amy. It's such a pleasure to be here. I'm really excited. Amy Babish: So AJ and I do not know each other. We have someone in our lives that we've both known quite well, and so we're going to just call this person a mutual acquaintance. But right before we got on, AJ Shared something what I would call spectacular, because I have so many different people that join the podcast, and I've never had someone quite like AJ there's only one of anyone anyways. But this flavor of person's experience I've never had. So, aj, when. When you were, like, talking about the podcast form, you said, oh, yeah, I was born ready for this, and then you shared why. Could you share with our listeners? Why? A.J.: Yes, absolutely. So I'm really excited to be on the podcast today. And it was so funny because, you know, in order to be on this podcast, you do have to just, like, be ready and be open and also kind of understanding of certain modalities that would be used in this podcast. And so I was telling Amy, I was like, I was born ready for this because I am kind of a part of a family of witches who have literally been using, like, light workers, healers, tarot readers, astrologers, like, mediums since I was pretty much, like, 12, I've been in this community. So I'm not necessarily. You know, some people would be, like, scared, or they would be like. And I'm like, oh, okay, this is just like a normal day. This is a normal day for me and my family. Amy Babish: I love it. So we have people that have never heard of those things. And then people are like, oh, this is my. This is like, you know, bread and butter for me. So I love it. I love it. So welcome in so on. You know, I treat this like I do a paid session. And what would you say your intention is for coming on the work you want to do today? A.J.: Okay, Amazing. I'm excited that you're, like, bringing this up. Amy Babish: We're. A.J.: We're cutting to a quick yes, we go, we go. Amy Babish: We dive right in here. A.J.: Incredible. So I was told by our mutual friend, just via some of the work that she's been doing, that we have quite a bit in common. One of the things being that, unfortunately, I guess in a past life, like, my soul has made a karmic contract that has essentially, I have to pull up the message that I received about this, because when I Like, got it. She was like, no, like, I promise, it all makes sense. I want to, like, give you the full tea, though. So basically, she was like, I have a stuckness due to a life agreement that basically, at some point in my path that I have made in my soul's journey against the agreement and advice of spiritual guides. And so, I mean, no one loves to hear that, right? It's not something that you wake up, you're like, this is amazing news. So. So I would say my intention on the podcast, the specific, you know, time that we're working. I kind of want to understand who, what, where, when, and why of this agreement and how to kind of, like, move past it and move through it. But also, I will say, like, with regards to the stuckness, there are, like, three major things I will say in my journey in this life realm have just been, like, overwhelming themes in my life. Number one, like, a, like, literal tower moment. Endings with jobs, with relationships. Just, like, stuff where you're like, wait, what? Just very, like, brutal endings that, like, a gal can only take so much. Right? Jesus Christ. So that's. That's one of the things that I'm, like, wondering if it has attached this. Number two, I will be a lot of the times in my realms of work, and this is even as a child, Like, I will be, like, the smartest or the best in the room, but have to suffer the most. Like, that is something that has just been, like, really irritating to, like, deal with, especially when you're just, like, as quick and as intelligent as I am. Just, it does become a little bit draining to like, deal with that pattern and that energy. And this is another. All right, here's. And this is the last. And I think that this is, like, the big whoop, because, you know, we've been together now for, what, all of, I guess, like, three minutes recording this, and I'm a pretty open book. However, I have been. This has happened to me multiple times. I work in the performing arts, and I have, you know, a lot of that involves, like, auditioning and, like, being in front of people and all of these things. And a lot of the times what I have gotten or in my processes, everyone is like, I'm always, like, the second choice. I'm never, like, the first choice. And also, like, people will be like, we're just not sure. There's something. We're just, like, not sure about you. And I'm like, what are you sure about? I'm literally the most obvious open book ever. So I'm just not, like, People. I just don't know if there's, like, something there that is, like, making people unsure. And this has been auditioning relationships. I've even been in, like, word processes too, where, like, some. Some of my co workers have been like, I wanted to hate you so badly when I first met you. And then, like, I'm literally obsessed with you by the end. Or, like, and this is definitely with women. Like, this isn't necessarily as strong with men, like, but specifically with women. I've been in a lot on a lot of contracts where, like, the women I've worked with have been like, I wanted to hate you, like, so badly when I first met you, and I'm, like, obsessed with you now. But, like, there was something in your, like, kines fear that, like, I couldn't compute or, like. Or maybe it's just Amy that, like, I do pack a punch and I'm like, a lot of energy. And so for the average human, like, that would be overwhelming. So I would say those are like, the three big major themes in my life that I don't know what I did in the past or with, like, what I up in the previous life, lives, or lifetime. But we've got to. We just have to calm down because I'm definitely, also, I will be very perfectly honest. I'm definitely at. You know how they say, like, you start a new chapter every seven years or that, like, you get ready to, like, turn the page. I feel I'm definitely on the, like, crest of a new chapter. Like, performing is still a really big thing for me, but I'm also considering grad school, transitioning into directing. And, you know, with a lot of that work, you have to be able to, like, sell yourself very quickly and clearly and concisely. So as we approach this, like, next chapter, just anything that could confuse someone, I just want to, like, wipe that out. Amy Babish: Okay. This is so. You're so clear, and this is so helpful, and it sounds like you know yourself very, very well. A.J.: Yes. Do you see why I get so mad at other people being like, it's not clear. I'm like, what's not clear? Amy Babish: So we're gonna. We're gonna get it. We're gonna. We're definitely getting that. So. So let's say that we can. We can, you know, I can answer your questions. We can get to what this, you know, life agreement is. So other, other than helping you be really clear with others, especially with potentially going to grad school, but just in general, what else would you like to have form, forward, momentum, or forward evolution A.J.: with, like, almost like, you know how sometimes they will, like, say in these worlds there's like, you have to like, do a clearing or that something needs to be, like, cleared. Like, I just want to remove by the time any roadblocks that may be standing in my way, whether they're spiritual, metaphysical, realistic, energetic. Like, I would like to just have a clear road with which to push forward in this, like, next stage of my life. Amy Babish: That, that. So I think we're going to call this, like, the clear episode or something. I don't know, like, making it clear. A.J.: Hashtag clear, clear. Amy Babish: Hashtag clear. So when the road is clear, especially with the kind of work that I facilitate, but other. Other modalities too, the life force, the energy, needs a place to know it's going to. So we don't ever want to clear energy so that it goes into the void. Okay. So when you talk about it, you're pushing forward and we'll get into a. Pushing forward is the right energy. I don't know that yet. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: So if you can move forward with grad school, what else would you like to move forward with? Within yourself, outside of yourself. Like, what would you. What would you like? Because we want the energy to kind of have, like, we are open to these things versus free choice, where we're just going to kind of give you another lesson. A.J.: Oh, I can get. No. Yeah, no more lessons, please. I have a PhD on lessons. this point in my life, I would have to say, all right, if I'm clearing out, I want. Want to what I'm trying to attract into my life. I want to attract in a grad school program that is, like, fully funded. That's a big thing. Like, a lot of the times with the MFA programs that I'm going in for, nine times out of 10, they are fully funded. I'm looking into Northwestern, Columbia, NYU, Yale. There's also another program that I'm like, super interested in that's in Australia that would be like, the perfect fit for me, but it's not fully funded. So, like, if that is to come into my kinesphere, funding, just able to, like, pay some funding that I'm able to like, cover the cost of that. So attracting, I guess I should say then, with clarity, attracting the program that would be the best fit for me and would ultimately be financially, like, supportive. Because all of all the programs I've listed, I would say like 8 out of 10 are fully funded. Amy Babish: The. A.J.: But the one in Australia, unfortunately, because I'm not an Australian citizen, would not be. But if that does come to me and becomes an option, I want the money to work out. Number two. I think I'm definitely at the point in my life as well. And you're like, what are you trying to attract? Like I want to clear out and invite like I want to clear out any like financial or like money trauma that I have just because my career is so up and so down. Like one day you're like making all of the money in the world and then you're like not working for like two to three months. So I would also say that I want to call in consistent work specifically in the opera world. That's become like my niche. Like dancing in opera and the world just makes a lot of sense for me because how they treat the artist, what you're getting paid, where you get to work, the language differences. Because I'm also multilingual, that seems to be like my niche thing. Like so I would say attracting more consistent work because eventually I want to get into like directing in the opera world. So it's say attracting more consistent artistic opportunities because this is another thing. Here we go. Amy Babish: We're being clear. A.J.: I have a very. And maybe this is something that like you'll, you'll see or you'll find. I have always had to have like what I call a muggle job. So my muggle job has always been involved in like restaurants, fine dining, wine, etc, but I have found in my journey, even though it pays very well because I'm very good at it, it doesn't run parallel, it actually like runs perpendicular. And so it because of my resume and because who I've worked, the places that I'll work will think that like I want this as like my life and I really don't. And so I would say more artistic opportunities that are going to be financially abundant that will prevent me from having to do this like weeble wobble in between like muggle job and like arts life. I would also say in clearing and like what I'm trying to invite into my life. I, I am 33 now and you know, these eggs aren't getting any younger. And so I'm definitely at a point where I want to attract like a very like the per my person. Do you know what I mean? I've just dealt with like have you ever seen this on threads or TikTok where they're like here's the five people that you need to like date before you find the one. And it's like the narcissist, the avoidant the warlock. Then you date the person right before you find your person. And then you find your person. And I'm like, I definitely want to call in, like a very just, like, healthy, grounded, like, person who is looking to build. I'm ultimately looking for someone who wants to be a part of the power couple. I've honed in on this, like, for a very long time because you know, when you have to, like, write your list and be super specific and like, also, ironically enough, even though I'm not Jewish, everybody and their mother says that I'm going to marry a Jewish man. Like some, like, powerhouse Jewish man. Even my landlord has said this. He's like, predicted it. He's also, like a worker and a healer as well. And he's like, I'm very spiritual, Amber. And I know that you're going to marry, like, a very, just, like, wealthy, family oriented Jewish man. And so wherever this man is is like, just calling that in if that wants to come and find me at this time so that we can start building. Right. Like, I'm not looking to get married tomorrow, but I would like to at least start laying, like, a foundation for something that is going to be, like, healthy, clear, concise, boundary driven and like, moving in a way that is ultimately going to lead to marriage. Marriage, you know? Amy Babish: Yeah, yeah. A.J.: So that. And then I think, like, the last thing, if you're like, what else can we, like, call if we're clearing the road and we want to be like, super concise with, like, what we want? I'm in the mist right now. I'm, like, not based in New York, but I want to be able to within a year be on much more just like, clear ground with, like, where I'm going to grad, grad school, like, all. I just have a lot of moving pieces right now. And so if, you know, in a year it does lead me to, like, NYU or Columbia, like, I want to be calling in, like, moving back to New York and being able to, like, live alone in like, a very. Just, like, place that I can, like, turn into home and like, make home and is not going to just, like, financially kill me. You know what I mean? So, like, if. Yes, we are able to call in like a. And I mean, my whole family has a very good real estate juju. This is another, like, thing that, like, runs through our line. So if I was able to call in, like a gorgeous, clean, rent stabilized apartment, if I do end up having to go to grad school in New York, like, calling in a place that can be Mine and that, like, I can make my own and just feels very like me. Those would be the things that I'm calling in to the universe. Amy Babish: Okay. Okay. I, you know, some people have a hard time with clarity. That's not your struggle. A.J.: That's not, that's not the struggle here. Amy Babish: Okay. So this is, this is enough for us to go deeper. And now we're going to kind of get into what, what the, what the life contracts situation is for you. So as, as you're someone who's done a lot of this kind of work, I'm going to look for a lot of feedback from you after the process because many people write to me and say, can you give me a reading? Yeah, this is, this is not. There is a reading component involved, but the reading, a reading alone isn't what's going to shift a life contract. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So we're going to do a process and we're going to see how long the process is. And I don't think I've spoken. I've just started talking about this part of my work recently because it's vulnerable because, you know, it's not for everybody. So, so when you, when you are in this kind of complexity that you're in and you have done a ton, like in your intake, you said you've done therapy twice. Like, you've done a lot, A lot, a lot. And you know yourself, you're, you're. I, I get people who are, well read, who are like, they are, they are knowledge sponges. You are, you are those people. And you know yourself well because I checked, like, there's nothing that you actually need within you. A.J.: Yes. Okay, good. So I'm not the problem. Amy Babish: Well, I hope not a problem. So, so, so when we are in this, you know, some people don't know themselves as well. And you don't have to come to me knowing yourself super well. But I'm naming this because some people are like, how do I know that I need this work? And, and you are a different kind of archetype type of person that's coming to see me on the podcast that usually people like you when they go to readers or when they go to a therapist. Like you said in the intake form, give it to me straight. When someone gives it to your you straight, you can execute. You have, you don't have, like, hesitation problems. So, so this is a. You're definitely a different kind of guest than I usually have on here. So when we are doing this, if a reading would have helped, if tarot would have helped if any of those things, I'm sure they helped with certain things. But around what I would call, like, larger than life stuckness, that you're experiencing those things in your own words, would you say, have they been able to touch it or just, like, give you foreshadowing? Like, just. Just. So for your. For your reference, but also for people who are listening, how do those kind of modalities differ compared to a process? A.J.: I don't think that they've. Any of those processes have ever been able to touch on this, though, which is why I'm so excited to like, be doing this work. Do you know what I mean? Because I almost feel like a lot of those, like, are just band aids. And I'm like, no, I need full surgery, like, Amy Babish: for other people with different constitutions than you, or through me or through many of my podcast guests, those modalities actually do help because this is where we're going to get into the Muggle and the Muggle dynamic. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: When it's something that's human, human modalities work. So tarot works really effectively for people that are, you know, essentially working with things that are just about a human existence. The same with astrology. The same with many different modalities. Even therapy. Right. So when it is something that is human, the human modalities work. Okay, so Muggle things work for Muggles. That's the way to say it. That's the best way to explain that. And what you have is a different constitution. Okay, so we're gonna say human plus. And it's not because you. You've had an extraordinary life. Because people can have not your exuberance for life and it still be. A.J.: I'm sorry, I'm like. And they can still suffer from this and not be nearly as exuberant. Amy Babish: Yes. Yes. So ag. I have that. I have that constitution. I have a lot of exuberance. So when people find out about my life, they're like, damn, like, how are you still walking? A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: So, you know, it being human plus and having challenges, different people's constitutions navigate the challenges in different ways. And so this is also another. Another kind of note around. It's not belief for you because you believe. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: It's not about worthiness because you feel worthy. And so a lot of the things that, like mainstream therapy or coaching would say, that's what you need, that's actually not that. And. And many people that come to see me, they don't need. Even when they feel shitty, they don't need those things because it's not just a human matter. Okay. So you. I'm happy. It's, it's very intimate, even though you're using a pseudonym. I will talk with you afterwards, if we have time left, about what your constitution is. But you are what I would call human plus. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And, and they're. It's not as common as people think, but it's also not super rare. So I leave it at that in the mystery for people listening. So when, when we have that kind of constitution, the challenges that your experiences live outside of the Akashic records. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And so human matters are a hundred percent, no matter how many lifetimes are always in the Akash. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: When you're human plus, it's outside of that because it's not recorded in something that's human only. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So, you know, when the mutual acquaintance of I of ours asked, you know, could she come on the podcast, can you help her this way? I first check to make sure that I'm allowed because I'm not allowed to help everybody just because I have to be in right relationship with my gifts and what the privilege and the access are that I have around these kind of complex matters. So I, it is congruent for me to help you and I'm able to check, like, I check the basics, like, is this something that I could use with one of the modalities that maybe you haven't done, but I could help you with, like a modality? No. Is it ancestral? No. Is it past life? No. Is it karmic? No. So that's, that's, you know, I can, I can check that in my heart's. Like, I can feel an ache in my heart because that's, that's painful when you've, when you looked everywhere and you're like, where. What is in what is causing the problems in my closet? Like, yeah. What is eating my clothes? What's eating my identity? Like that, that's, that's, you know, that's, that's hard. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: So you've, you've, you've metabolized a lot of it and it's still, even though you metabolize it, I can feel it, it still continues to happen. And that's actually. That's really hard. So in this kind of theme, then we get into what is it? And so it is a life agreement, but it's not of a human origin. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So without getting into all of the, the things for people to start googling, yeah, we have the known universe, and we have known universe, and, and my reach is quite far. And so where you made this agreement is outside of the known universe. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And so in outside of the known universe, it is kind of like around and find out energy. A.J.: So. Amy Babish: And I have a feeling that you might have some of that in your real personality. A.J.: Yeah, well, it's so funny that you're like. Because I'm originally from Philadelphia and literally the entire like, theme, I don't know if you're a big like football fan, but the entire like theme of the Eagles and a lot of Philadelphia sports teams in general is around and find out like, that is the identity of the city. So the fact that you're like bringing this up, I'm like, why? Yes. Like, Amy Babish: I'm from the other side. I'm from outside of Pittsburgh. So I, I grew up in a very big Steelers family. Okay. So I'm very familiar with, with football. So when, when we are in the known universe, you do something. Cause and effect, consequence is very clear. Like, that's karma. There's, there's things that we know about with that, but in the unknown universe, it's kind of like there's no consequences. It's just like energy. You're playing around. It's experimenting. And so when you made this agreement, you, you had no idea the consequences of what was going to happen. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So the agreement is, is basically like you were an energy. It was energy and it was, it was pretty much not all the way formless, but pretty, pretty formless. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And so you were a part of a group of beings that had a lot of things, like a lot of contribution, and you decided in your infinite wisdom as that being that you were going to solve for the things. This was a universal agreement. So it's not just humanity, but also, you know, and non sentient beings. Like, it goes the whole spectrum, okay? And so in the places where it's non sentient beings, it's not going to be apples for apples, because I'm not clear on all those things. But we can talk about it in human terms. The exact things that you're experiencing were the things that you were going to solve for. So it's like the terms and the conditions of your agreement, the fine print basically say you are going to experience the thing that you minimized. A.J.: Okay? Amy Babish: So, so you, you, you were like, I don't understand brutal endings. Why do people, why do beings have brutal endings? Like, life is great. Like what's, what is this not what's the brutal ending stuff like, yeah, if you just bring your essence, then there wouldn't be that. Then you know, why do. Why do people with gifts and, like, you know, greatness, why do they have to suffer like a nauseam and have like. Like no ability to change things? A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: And then why. Why do certain people and beings. Why is it like a pendulum? Like, why do people go from, like, hating them to loving them? Like, you. You just couldn't understand. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: Relational. Relational exchanges. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And so you said, we have. We're going to figure out what. What. What you were in. In the infinite gift of what you were at this state or stage. You were like, I'm going to just bring this to the universe, and it's going to completely clear. It's going to solve for all of this. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And so this is something that is core to who you are, and it's either like a word or a phrase, and there's nothing wrong or bad about it. It's like one of the best attributes of you. It's just you now know that this alone cannot shift. Like the 1, 2, and 3 that you shared. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: And when for many, many, many lifetimes, it's not every lifetime, but for many lifetimes, it's over a billion years. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: You. You did this. You're like, I'm gonna try again, and I'm going to help beings and people with these things. And then you. You. You had a lot of heartbreak, and you're like, nothing change. Nothing changes. And then you also started to be on the receiving end of it. And by the time people find me, it's. It's like, really not fun anymore. It's like, okay, yeah, like, I've gotten the lessons. I. I don't like this. But for me to be the facilitator of the process, the act of the. The system that you created this in. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: They. They want us to have a sense of what your giftedness is. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Do you have a sense of what that might be like? A.J.: Of what my gifts are? Amy Babish: That. That maybe now at 33, you're like, oh, I know that this part of me won't change how people see me. Or I understand that, like, this part of me, like, this alone doesn't shift. Like my suffering or how people treat me or this alone. Like, even though it's awesome and I appreciate it, this alone doesn't, like, it has, like, minimal effect on these tower endings. So it's something. It's something. It is something about your exuberance. It's not. It's. It's more multifaceted than exuberance. Okay, I'm asking, like, is it hopefulness the answer is no. It's something core. And I don't know you so well, so it's something core to your being that people know about you and appreciate about you and love about you. And it even might make them scratch their heads. Like, you're. You're like this. Why do you have the short end of the stick? A.J.: Okay, is that. I'm really not. No, I'm not. I'm like. I'm really just, like, racking. I'm just, like, not the compute. It's not computing. Amy Babish: So. A.J.: So are you saying that there's, like, something in my aura? Amy Babish: It's in your. It's in your core. The core of who you are. A.J.: Like, the core of who I am that, like, people don't understand. Amy Babish: No, no. So this is, like, people who know you so. Not about the people who don't understand you. So we're going to work with the people who know you first. You. You know yourself. The person who connected us, that she knows this about you. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: And many of your family members know this about you. Your best friend knows this about you. People who you respect know this about you. And it's exuberance plus something else. It's not. It's not exuberance alone. A.J.: It's probably, like, exuberance, and I'll just, like, do it anyways. Like, but kind of like, I don't know if it's like, exuberance and, like, I don't care what the rules are. Like, okay. I'm an enneagram8. So also, like, I'm someone who. I'm like, if the rule book says it's this way, I do not care about the rule book. I am just going to, like, go forth and, like, most likely my way will, like, disintegrate the rulebook. Because the rule book was BS to begin with. And, like, do you know what I mean? Amy Babish: This is this. This is it. Rules are for suckers. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: And. And in some. In some ways, that's really wonderful. A.J.: And this is, like, very interesting that you're bringing this up, because this is a lot of, like, what has. Okay, now we're, like, touching upon something. See, I knew that we would, like, get this very quickly. Yeah. Like, honestly, even, like, some of the issues that I had in. Maybe this is it. Okay. Say people. Probably because this even happened at, like, my last job. Like, the big frustration that my, like, previous manager had with me. It's just like, Amber skips through the rules, and even though, like, I know the rules are bullshit and I know what she's doing and saying is actually better. Like, I'm still mad that Amber did not do it by, like, these predetermined rules. I can even say that some. Some of my family members, like, yes, when you're like, people who know you, like, they're just like, well, even, like, in certain family dynamics, like, I am known to be. For example, there's, like, a family dynamic where, like, one person in our family who's, like, not in the core group, but, like, who. Their daughter is a horrible person and basically is very emotionally manipulative and has caused. Alongside their mother, has caused a lot of strife in our family. And I like, because of who this person's father is and how they relate to, like, our constellation and the rest of our family, a lot of the times people are like, well, because it's, you know, daughter. Because it's this person, we need to be make this person feel comfortable because it's this person. And I'm the person in the family, like, makeup who's like, no, that I do not care. I will call bad behavior, like, on the carpet. I do not care who this person is. It could be Obama. If Obama is being a piece of. I don't care if it's Obama. I'm gonna say that, like, Obama, like, you're. Even though I love him, but, like, in a world, if Obama was behaving badly, even though the whole rest of the group would be like, it's Obama, so we can't say anything. I'd be like, no, fudge. That I don't care about the rules. I'm going to call Obama on his shit. And so, yeah, when you're like, my family knows this about you, People know this about you. And, like, even though it's. It's, like, frustrating to them because I think I'm someone who will. And I don't mean to be, like, a disturbing person, but I can't do fakeness. I can't do fakeness. I can't do, like, Because a lot of the times, too, and, like, my family dynamic, triangulation is, like, a very big part. I cannot do that. I want to call it on the carpet as it is right there and then. And, like, I know a lot of people, like, well, I like, you know, you're just like. You're disturbing, like, the comfort. And I'm like, it's not really disturbing the comfort. It's like, avoidance has become such a deep part of this family makeup that, like, when I'm standing on business and I'm like, Calling something for, like, what it is. Because we have, for so many generations, lived in avoidance and lived in triangulation. I would look like the one who's being, like, the disturber of the peace, even though I'm not. I'm just calling out the bad behavior. Do you know what I mean? And so I would say, and this has been something I've done at work. This is something that I will, like, do. Like, I'm the type of person who, like, a union leader hates to see me coming. Do you know what I mean? Like, I'm like. But a lot of the times, though, because of how I am, and, like, I do get put into, like, positions of power or if someone's like, oh, we need, like, our. Our. Our, like, lead. Like, a lot of times when you work on, like, an agma or an Equity contract in theater, like, there's someone who has to. If there's ever a problem, has to be the person that, like, goes to the union and, like, speaks on everyone's behalf. And I'm like, I'll do it. Because none of y' all are gonna do it. I'll just do it. Do you know what I mean? Because I do. Amy Babish: I do. A.J.: Because at the end of the day, like, I just can't sit in this, like, avoidance. I. I do not do that. It's very irritating to me. And so, yeah, when you're like, amber exists in this way. Yeah. So now it's. It's perfectly clear, Amy. You got it. So exactly. I am someone that. I would say, my friends, co workers, they're like, how does she get away with being so, like. You know what I mean? Like, calling on the carpet are so clear. Are so just like. Because if anyone else did this, they would be up Schitt's creek without a paddle. But I have for so long. Because, like, what I'm saying isn't wrong. Do you know what I mean? Like, it's me just being everyone's like, oh, like, the sky. And I'm like, the sky is blue. And they're just like, well, it's the sky. I'm like, no, the sky is blue. You know what I mean? And I'm like. And it's this way because it's reflecting the ocean. Like, I'm the only one. Or I'm like, the earth is round. And, like, I'm the one person who will, like, die on the hill being like, the sky's blue, the earth is round, but everyone else is just like, oh, the universe. Like, do you know what I mean, so this is all, this is all making such perfect sense now. And I will say, like, it is something that people in my life appreciate and like, they love because I'm the one who's calling. Like, they don't have to be in the line of fire. I'm always the person in the line of fire because I'm like, ready to come out guns blazing. And I just exist in this way. I will say, yes, where people are like, the bullet's gonna get you. And most people would be like, and I'm like, come get me, bullet. And it does throw a lot of my friends and family members and like, people in my kinesphere, I think for a bit of a loop, because they're like, I don't know where this girl got this courage. I don't know how she like, came into the world and just felt so, like, ready to exist on, on this plateau. Because if you, like, look at how I grew up, my mom, like, my mom was not someone who was like, free parenting, gentle parenting, let them go. My mom was like, bed by nine o' clock rules. This, this, this, this, this, right? Like, there was no. Because you know how kids get raised these days. They can like, go to the movie theater and just like, be interrupting you and like, hitting the back of the chair and like, the parent will say nothing. So I want to be like, very clear, like, where, you know, it's not as though I was born into a dynamic where, like, my mom was like, I don't care or like, I'm just going to free parent. Like, my mom was the most. Rules, timeliness, like, order, structure. And like, for that, I do love it. I'm a very. Even though I'm like, I am a very ordered and like, structured person in my core. But like, if I see something and it is just like, not right, or like something is like, not sitting well or like, yes, I will be the person to like, call it on the carpet. And where most people will be like, scared or like, feel about it. I do not care. And thus, yes, I would say it blows a lot of my friends minds and family members. And they're just like, how do you exist in this world? Because all of us could never exist in this way. And we don't know how you got this way because like I said, in the family dynamic, it wasn't like I could just like roam free. It was never like that. So it doesn't make sense to a lot of people. I don't even understand it. Amy Babish: So this is very, very Very helpful. So I. What I'm told by the guides is we don't need this. Usually I do need a specific phrase, but for you, it's. It's not that. So they want me to read out kind of the. Some of the essence. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So rule, Rule breaker, truth telling, calling it, standing on business, Whistleblower, Divine directness, line of fire, courage. A.J.: Yes, this is me. Amy Babish: Is there anything we're missing? A.J.: Like, I don't wanna, like. Because also, this is something that I think a lot of people do get wrong about me. Like, I think a lot of people could be like, oh, like, that. I'm, like, not emotional about stuff. I actually, like, deeply am. But, like, there are three people in my life that will, like, know about it. And two out of those three people are related to me by blood. The other person, like, the other person I just so happened to come across in this lifetime. And we've known each other since we were in high school. And, like, our families are linked, too. And she just, like, gets me in a way that, like, no one else does. But I will even say in that relationship, like, I was not even emotionally vulnerable, like, with her until, like, 10 years in, and we've, like, known each other for 17. No. So I would say, like, yeah. Like I said, there are three people in the world that I like, legitimately, like, trust with, like, emotional components of my life. But otherwise, like, like I said, two out of three, I'm literally related to by blood. The other one just happened to be lucky enough to, like, make it through my pearly gates. Yeah. Amy Babish: Okay. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: Oh, okay. So now I'm getting it, because they were showing me, like, very old brick walls, and I asked what it was, and it's. You were the tower. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: That's who were in the original lifetime. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And so you basically decided in your infinite wisdom, if people had this in their lives, they wouldn't have to deal with these things. And you were like, I am going to bring it for the universe. And so then I, like, kind of, like, rub off on them and they're going to get the picture. And now you're kind of in this hall of mirrors or a quantum anomaly. That's another way to talk about your experience. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Where no matter what you do, you. You're on the end, the other end of power. Like, experiences. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: So even when you call it, like, you see it and you break the rules and you do things that are, like, actually true and whole. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: It cannot be received into a system A.J.: in wholeness because isn't Ready to receive that? Amy Babish: Well, it's. It's not even that. It's that your agreement, the terms and the conditions of your agreements will not allow it to move forward. Okay, so it's like with. When you have a lease in Manhattan. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: You know, it's like, here's the, like, the first, like, 23 pages. You're like, I get it. I get it. And then there's, like, jargon. You're like. You're like, what. What does this really mean? I'm gonna have to pay an attorney to understand the jargon. And, like, it's just good enough. So when you. You made this agreement with yourself, okay. And you some ways didn't know what you were signing because you're like, no, no, I've got this. I'm telling you guys, my peer group, the truth. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: Tower and I will reckon things, and I will get things correct, because that's what the tower does. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: And your peer group was like, please don't do that. It's. It's not just about the tower, and it takes all of us. It takes all of the. All the facets of wholeness to allow things to move forward. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: And when you did this, you basically, A.J.: I signed a free market lease without understanding the jargon. Amy Babish: Yes, you did. You did. So. So I was surprised because it's very unusual that I'm allowed to do the agreement and not know what the thing is, but now we know what it is. So you were. You were the tower. Okay. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So now we can go into the process. And so it's. It's just like a legal. A legal agreement. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Ask what the process that. The legal process that we can do to update the agreement. It's a resending. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So I'm gonna just say things to myself, like, in the. In the energy, and you can just ask in your AJ way, like, please, like, I'm ready for this to be rescinded. Like, I. I don't want to. I can still be. You can still be you. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: But, like, right size it. So it's like, you don't have to be the tower that, like, pummels through life. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And, like, you can ask. The words that I would use is like, right size my towerness. A.J.: Okay. Right. So I should say I'm ready for this to be rescinded. Right size my tower. Ness, please. Amy Babish: Yeah. In all time, space, and dimensions. A.J.: Okay. In all time, space, and dimensions. Okay. Amy Babish: And the known and unknown universe. A.J.: I'm like, I need to write this down. I'm like, we need to get this right. Amy Babish: Yeah. So. So you're gonna. I'll put it into the chat. So that way we're. We're on a platform. A.J.: Oh, my God. I'm getting like, a little emotional, like doing this, but like in a good way. I like, do feel like it. It's like getting in my chest, like heavier before. It's gonna get lighter, but like in this way where I'm just like. Amy Babish: Yeah, yeah. They had me amend it, so it's, it's. And you can say it to yourself. So I'm going to send it to you right now. So. Yeah. So your peer group is vast for this. So there's many, many people who are in Cardening even now who they weren't the tower, but there were other things and they've paid a high price in a different way. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Yeah. So I'm going to do it the way that I do it. I'm going to do it just silently and then you can do it silently. And then when you're complete, you let me know. A.J.: Okay. Yeah. Amy Babish: What happens for you? A.J.: I'm getting like so emotional doing this. Like. Oh, my God. It literally just feels like, like sludge. You know what I mean? Amy Babish: Yeah. I can, I can feel it in your heart. A.J.: So there's like really intense. Yeah. Amy Babish: And in the, in your back of your heart. And that's where betrayal and self. Betrayal live. Yeah. So it's. It's really complicated. And you know, this is, this is why it's more than a reading. I don't know when we're going in what's going to be in there, but I can feel it. It's like. So our back body is like where our unconscious self lives, where a lot of like, complexity lives. And I can feel the back of your, like, right by your bra line. I could feel like really reorgan. Reorganizing and I can. A.J.: Yeah, that's where it's like hitting the most intensely. Amy Babish: I'm like, yeah, this, this is, you know, like more years than one can imagine compounded into this physical body. So even though you don't have to remember past lives with this work, nothing like that, we don't have to go into memory. It's just here, it's in the, it's in the quantum field, but it's also in your cell, your memory and your energy body, all those places. So it's literally like leaving. Yeah. I can feel it, like in your ziphoid process. That's the place where you do CPR in the old days. You Push, like, underneath your ribs. Like, I feel it there. Yeah, I feel it. It's called the zero point in Taoism. It's like right by your tailbone. That's where life comes in. A.J.: And that's where I actually. Like, by my tailbone. Like, if we're getting even like, deeper into things, like, whenever I've had to have body work, like, that's where I always have amount of pain, like, all of the time. And it's always like, having to adjust the tailbone into, like, my hip. And it's like, very. And it takes a really long time too. Like, I've like, literally seen people and they've had to like, work on it for like 10 to 12 hours, like, split between. Because it's just like, so intense. Amy Babish: So, so. So when you. I can feel in this. In this lifetime when. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: Incarnated. They're literally showing me, like, our essence. Our essence. Like, that's the last place for our essence to leave. When we die. Breath leaves and then the essence leaves through the zero point. And I can feel that, like, your body. Your body could not handle all the energy that you brought as the tower. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And like, literally have chills and like, it was like, even though, you know, I. I don't know how tall you are, but, like, your structure is you have a petite frame. I don't know about your height, but your frame is. A.J.: Yeah. So, like, I'm very tall, but, like, my general. It's very, like, thin. Yeah. Amy Babish: Yeah. So there was not enough, like, capacity for all of that energy and life force to come in. So it's literally been breaking you apart. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So this is going to be a right sizing of the energy. So you still get to be the tower, but you don't have to be so towery. Yeah. Because it's done. Do you have anything you want to name before we finish this call or this prayer? A.J.: Oh, my God. I just, like. I don't know if I, like, wanna, like. I don't know if there's anything to, like, name, but I'm just, like, hearing. Oh, my God. You just need to, like, breeze through this. Yes. Amy Babish: So. So. So when, like, when there's been such a heart reckoning. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: Coming. Like, having your essence come down and into your heart is going to, like, recalibrate like your AJ Ness. And so that's been part of the incongruence for people that have been in this perpendicularness with you, not just with, you know, being in restaurant world, but, like, other people who are perpendicular to not understand. Like, imagine going to, like, a really ancient tower and, like, you're so tiny. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: The tower's so big. Like, your energy is. Was like a wrecking ball. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: So when you had congruent, neutral or congruent or positive life agreements with them, they did not experience this. But when there was no life agreement or when the life agreement was detrimental, that. That's when you got that pushback. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And that was in the term, terms and conditions. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So there's going to be a reorganization in your field of people being able to see you clearly. And the people that have reactivity are not going to be as reactive, but when you see that reactivity, it's like, that's a. That's a sign for you to step back. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Because that means it's not your business. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So there's a difference between, like, someone can hear, like, I don't like the hard news you're giving to me, but I can. Like, I'm not going to demean you or shame you, but if someone becomes combative with you, this is. This is part of the stepping back. Like, that's not yours anymore. Before it was ad nauseam, but now it's not going to happen very often at all. But if you even see shades of it, like, you're going to have a place that you pause and be like, is this. Is this beneficial for me? And okay, I. I do think you can. You can tune in enough and ask in your heart, and the answer probably most likely will be no, no, no. It'll be a hard no. So. So the call is complete. So now I can ask about integration. And so for the integration, It's going to be two phases. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And the first phase is going to be three weeks. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So that basically takes us to the beginning. Yeah, the beginning of August. And so for these first three weeks, they would like you to be having the experience of silent contemplation in nature. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So since you're a dancer, you can dance in nature. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: You can walk in nature. But you are going to start to get recalibrated through. It can be anything. It could be like, if you were in Manhattan, I'd say, like, even, like, out in the street is still nature in Manhattan. A.J.: I know. So I have to be care. I, like, I don't know if our mutual connection told you, like, not to be. Like, nature isn't really my friend, but it's like a little. I am so urban. But like, if you're like, go sit in Central park and meditate, I'm Like, I could do that, but like, I'm not climbing a mountain. Amy Babish: We're not like, you know, I'm not a, I'm not an old lady with a beard in the cave where you, like, you have to have no food for three months. That's not who I am. There are people who need that in this lifetime. But, you know, I'm. That's not me. Okay. So I have, I have someone who messaged us during this process and she is like as urban as they come and any kind of thing of nature. She's allergic to sun. In fact, she's a woman, she's a global majority woman who is allergic to sun. So it's like, I understand. I have people in my, in my community who. That's not, that's not their thing. So just be like, air, air, like sunshine, like urban walk is fine. It doesn't have to be like, I'm going and doing a deep sea dive and like speaking to the whales. That's not what we're talking about here. A.J.: Okay. Amazing. Amy Babish: Yeah. So being in nature, you can dance like on a, on a deck. Like, it doesn't have to be like, just outside of the house. That's, that's outside of the house and by yourself. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And you'll kind of, you kind of have the sense every day of like some days it might be like one, like one thing, like might feel like five minutes. And then some days you're like, oh, I dance for 20 minutes. So there's. It's going to be a clearing. It's like moving energy for you. The physical body and body consciousness, they, they need some support with this integration. And so that's going to be the daily silent contemplation practice during those three weeks. And then I have an integration meditation that they would like you to listen to. And this is like a somatic and energetic meditation. And I, I'll. I'll send it to you afterwards. A.J.: Thank you. Amy Babish: Free on inside Timer. And it goes through the different kinds of integration that people need. And so you, you actually need most body consciousness and vibrational recalibration. And when you listen to it, you can be laying down, you don't want to be driving. And it will work even if you fall asleep. So you're going to get like downloads or, or kind of guidance when you're in it of what that means for you each day. Listen to at least once a day. You can listen to it more than once a day. And then they also recommend I have another meditation. It's called Reconnecting with your heart. Okay. It's going to be about inviting your essence down into your heart. And that's going to help you kind of recalibrate too. A.J.: I'm writing all this down. If you're hearing like, that's what I'm doing. Sorry, I'm like, I'm like, no, no, no, it's. No, no, no, it's. Amy Babish: Those would be good. Let me see if there's anything else. Okay. That's, that's, that's the phase one and then phase two. Phase 2. Let me see how long it's going to be. It's going to be six weeks. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And during these six weeks, it doesn't matter if you're at home, you're home, someone else's home. You're going to put a salt bowl that's like. I don't think I brought one down. That's. I'm like, I'm trying to show you like the scale. So I have this candle here, but it's like a bowl that's like really tiny. Like a snack bowl, like half the size of this. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Like a small bowl. It's not like a American cereal. Okay. A small bowl. So you're going to use a small bowl and you're going to fill it with non iodized salt. A.J.: Okay. Non iodized salt. Yep. Amy Babish: Non iodized salt for like. Are you a morning person or night person? A.J.: I'm a I. Mornings in me are not cute. So definitely a night person. Amy Babish: You come, you come from which culture? A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: So which culture says the. The day starts when the sun goes down because you're starting to greet the next day. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: So you will follow that part of your lineage and you will put a new bowl of salt. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Like today or when you get to weeks, you know, week, Week three. A.J.: August. Yeah. Amy Babish: You're gonna get the salt bowl, fill it with non 3/4 away full with non I salt and either put it under your bed, if you can do that where you are, or in the bedside table. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And the salt is kind of like a bi directional process. It's from Taoism and Feng shui. So salt pulls out the detrimental energy. That's okay. And then it also attracts the good things. A.J.: The good things. Okay. Amy Babish: And yeah, it's, it's very, it's a two way process. And then the next night before you go to bed, you want to empty it into the outside trash. So if you're an apartment building, you want to do it in the trash chute or go to the dumpsters. If you're in a house, you want to do it in the outside trash. And when Salt goes past 24 hours, it's like, starts to do the opposite of what we want. So you don't want it to be lingering. And if you're traveling, I just bring some in a. In a Ziploc bag and then have like, another Ziploc bag. If you can't put it in the trash there and just put it outside, like. Like put it on the outside door at night. So, like, so it's never the. The salt that was used will not be reused. So it's like outside of the premises. So that's. The salt is going to really help. A.J.: So I'm filling it. So I just want to get this correct. So I'm like, I want to make Amy Babish: sure this is perfect. A.J.: So basically at night, before I go to bed, I'm going to fill it. Then the next night I'm going to empty it, but then refill it. Correct? Amy Babish: That's correct, Yeah. A.J.: I just had to be sure. Amy Babish: Yeah. So. So not many people are night. Like people usually see habits like that for the day, for the morning. But I go with what you're. What's your natural way so comfortable with? A.J.: Probably, yes. Amy Babish: That makes a lot of sense. It's. It's easy. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: There's something else. At this time, you can start to work with your network around grad school. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And so they. They advise you to make three, like, what they say is bold connections per week. A.J.: Make three bold connections per week. Amy Babish: Yeah. So it's like, it might not make, like, linear, logical sense to you, but you're going to get from. Because you're going to be now more connected to yourself, more connected to guides. They're going to say, like, okay, A.J. we want you to go to this restaurant and just order a coffee. Or like, aj, we want you to go and drive to this park and take this yoga class, and there's going to be a girl in red pants. Like, okay, they're going to give you these kind of wild things, and it's going to be like a treasure hunt for you of, okay. Getting connected to potentially grad school, but also potentially your. In. In Yiddish, it's bashert. A.J.: Yes. Bashirt realness, honey. I've been told about this. Yes, yes. Amy Babish: So your bashert might be connected to one of these people that you meet. So I have a lot of chills when I say that. So I don't know. He might even be there. I don't know. I don't I don't have that kind of. I'm not allowed to predict the future. That's not, that's not a good thing to do. So. But they're giving me like, potential scenarios. And then you're gonna follow the breadcrumb trail. That's what they would call this. And this also might help with like, exploring. Like, people might be like, hey, and if you ever need to move back to Manhattan, my family has a place or something like that. Like, so kind of keep your. The things that you're looking for really during this six week period. Like, it might not be like the first time or the second time or the third time, but eventually you're gonna be like, oh, now I know why I met these people or why I went to these places. It's going to be something like that. And they do want you to visit the person who connected us during this period. A.J.: Okay. Which is thankfully happening in August. Amy Babish: Okay, perfect. A.J.: And it would like basically be like this person I'll be seeing right when phase two starts. Amy Babish: That's perfect. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: And so with this, this person, this person is coming into her own spiritual gifts. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: And so she's to do a reading for you at that time. Okay. And her reading, because she also has, I think, you know, this. A gift of art. A.J.: Yes. Amy Babish: Yeah. So I think she might actually make some kind of like drawing for you. A.J.: Okay, amazing. Well, actually, ironically enough, I've been trying to get this person well. All right, here's the thing. I love throwing very elaborate dinners for our family. And it is my like biggest dream to basically collect this person's like, ceramic art. They made me like, and for a big feast of seven fishes dinner that I want to do eventually, but like, I want every year this person to make me like a bowl or like cups, but like related to seven fishes. So like a shrimp cup or a like bowl for like oysters or this or that. And I want to like collect it throughout this time so that I can eventually throw like the biggest, most amazing feast of seven fishes dinner, like literally ever, but have all of their like ceramic work with me so that I can like then design the dinner. Amy Babish: That's amazing. I have, I have full body chills. A.J.: So I'll make them make me something when I'm there. I'm gonna be like, get to cooking my piece of seven fishes dinner. Needs to like, come together, but it can't come together unless you're making the stuff for it. So. Yes, definitely that. Amy Babish: And what I'm sensing is that she might also make you a Some kind of drawing. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Or a watercolor. I'm not sure which one it is. But there's gonna be something very alchemical with. With that. With that meeting. Okay. There's still something else. It's about your guides. Your guides will be able to start communicating with you more in phase two because you. Part of the tower is that you walled them off, and so they can. They can reach you by phase two A.J.: easier and clearer now. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Amy Babish: So you'll be able to, like, they've always been there. They've never not been there. But it's been hard for you to get, like, a clear signal or just, like, when you're, like, in an old building from, you know, eons ago, it's like, cell phone signal doesn't reach in there sometimes. A.J.: Yeah. So now it's like, okay, we upgraded. We are now. We've now built 5G for the tower. Amy Babish: Yes. That is exactly. That is exactly kind of what just happened. A.J.: Great. Amy Babish: Yeah. I don't think there's anything else. Do you have any questions for me? A.J.: No. Well, this is, like, so good, though. I'm, like, already feeling different. But, like, I do believe you're right. Like, wow. Baby needs to integrate, honey. Like, this is not something that you just, like, do. And you're like, okay. Like, it's literally one of these situations that I'm like, okay, I need to take the whole rest of the summer to, like, fix this and not fix it, but just integrate it and just, like, have it settle. Amy Babish: Yeah, yeah. Because this is. This is quite. This is quite, quite old. Ancient. And so, you know, when something has taken this long to get here, it's not going to take ancient times to go back, but it's a lot. The physical body has had to, like, transmute all of this. A.J.: Huh. Amy Babish: And it couldn't transmute it. So now you're going to go through this transmutational process in the physical body where vibration will be really helpful. And this is. This is the other recommendation. So not in phase one, but in phase two, not knowing where you are in the world, but there's definitely places where the person that you're going to visit is going to. A gong bath would be really helpful for you. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: So a gong bath. And you'll use your spidey senses because you're in the opera world. Like, you have a good ear. A.J.: So Amy Babish: it's not someone who's like, I've left my day job and I'm doing gong. It's like someone who's like, an alchemist. A.J.: I need the OGs. Yeah. I'm like, we can't be playing around here. Yeah. And. Amy Babish: And the person that you're going to. To see, she could go with you. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: Or you can go by yourself. But it is someone who is very skilled at what they do. And the gong. Gong baths can go throughout time, space, and dimension very well. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: So I sense that the gong process is going to, like, really help you shuff off more. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And help you kind of bring back, like, what has been maybe hard to. Hard to receive. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And so there's different places that do those kind of things, but being near the ocean and doing it like, the ocean will also assist because the ocean has its own vibrational process. A.J.: Okay. Amy Babish: And you're not really a nature person, so that's like, as nature. A.J.: No, I like your thing. I like the beach. The beach is, like, very controlled. I like it because it's like the wall. Especially, like, in a nicer place, like, let's say, for chance, D.E. like, it's very clean. It's, like, very nice. It's, like, chill. It's not like we're rolling up to Atlantic City. You know what I mean? Amy Babish: I. I do know. I do know. So. So even, like, walking on the ocean, you can ask the ocean to, like, filter through you. Like, our feet are the place where we carry most energy because that's where everyone else is walking. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: When you're. When you're walking on the beach, you don't have to go in the ocean, but just like asking the sands of time to help you gently filter. A.J.: Yeah. Amy Babish: Yeah. So thank you, aj, for your. For your trust and your willingness, and thank you to the connection who brought us together. And if. If. If you have been listening with us and journeying with us today, I hope that you have found something that resonates with your own experience, your own process.
